30. Thank your water.
29. Start your day with fresh fruit.

27. Think 5 loving thoughts, directed at a person you struggle the most to love.
26. Think 10 loving thoughts, directed at yourself.
25. Eat lunch and do nothing more.
24. Drink a cool glass of water and feel it go from your lips all the way to your stomach.

22. Take a yoga class.
21. Meditate for 20 minutes.
