For ten minutes, concentrate on your breath, filling your lungs from the belly, to the chest, all the way up to the throat. Give a slow, steady exhalation, releasing air from the chest, from the lower ribcage, all the way down to the pubic bone. Allow thoughts to enter and exit the mind, not attaching yourself to any one thing.
Allowing yourself the time--even just ten minutes--to sit in observance can make for a massive difference in the quality of your day.
