On this last day, we are going to culminate all of the mindful energy that we've developed in the last 29 days and really take the time to let it all soak in.
Today, try meditating with the eyes open for the first 15 minutes. Focus on one point and try your best not to blink. This is a cleansing method that is strengthening to the muscle of the eye. If the eyes come to water or burn, close them mindfully for one breath before opening again.
If meditating in one sitting seems difficult, feel free to break it up into 30 or 15 minute segments.
